why resilience education?
why resilience education? — Gaokao is China’s life-changing, career-defending, nerve-wracking, all-important, national college entrance examination. It has been criticized for relying on rote learning and not considering character strengths. Therefore, most teenagers have low awareness about resilience but they still suffer from a lot of pressure.
Stakeholder relationship
Stakeholder relationship — Parent: high expectations must accompany the high support of parents, parents understand that children are under increased pressure with an unclear goal. But they don’t know a proper way to help children to withstand stress in this respect. School: For public schools, it is challenging to pay enough attention to each student due to the large student base and high educational demand. School curricula lack the cultivation of students' soft ability and practical skills but focus more on learning.
