Experimental Communication
Yiwen Tong | 佟毅文

Tong’s work primarily makes use of digital mediums

such as programming and 3D animation.

She examines questions of culture, ritual, and freedom

in the digital age, and explores the impact of these

new spaces on human

emotions, spirituality, and communication.

Tong explores the space between the real and surreal,

referred to as a consciousness space.

In essence, life is endless and continuous

flow of simultaneous events that form an accidental chain,

and it is human-created tools that give it meaning.

In essence, we are all suspended and indulged in it,

which to some extent leads to this the

perceptual experience of existence.

We are looking for the connection point

with natural life through the gauze of reality and illusion,

and more vividly manifest our

inner yearning and reality

for the appreciation of divine work.

Furthermore, the connection point of reality

and surrealism is a space that

contains the hopes and fears of life.

Through technology,

these illusory scenes can also

reflect the mutual stimulation

and growth of humans and nature.

BOUNDARY SPACE — The interactive space website to explore the full journey along with a book and an AR app.

Life is an eternal and unbroken flow of infinite rippling of simultaneous events which form a fortuitous chain within this universe of elements we are all suspended in, which has somehow led to this present experience of sentient existence. This project is an exploration of the boundary between real and surreal in people’s consciousness information.

This virtual space influenced by Religion Daoism and Trans-human theory points out all things with their transformations and changes are considered to be self-regulating, self-expressing in their natural form. And when Consciousness is transformed into data life, that is, recording human information in computer language.

The Independence of Preservation Consciousness and Cultural Perception in Special Contextualization by storing the dynamic space of fantasy, religion, and spiritual consciousness in the form of individual, reflecting the absence of the human body in the future to express special emotional experience, and using AR visual language to express the boundary world between reality and virtual reality.

Through Biomorphism shape, the content It's an intertwined thought and movement, these elements constitute a multilayer system with metaphorical and material forces, in which life, nature, and man are redefined. Through science and technology, the complexity of phenomenology can be generated in a simple form, which is neither more real nor illusory than the real world. This work will become a narrator, it is not so logical, but full of post-human fantasy and thinking, it speaks emotionally, dramatically, sensuously, fantastically.
