“REFRESH Yourself'' project highlights the social issues of physical inactivity and hyper-distraction in the post-pandemic age, encourages online users to rethink the relationship between digital addiction and their health & wellbeing, and provides an alternative way of full-body engagement to interact with social media technology.

A series of wearable controllers convert your digital addiction into physical health, minimising your sedentary lifestyle and distractions at work.

Users need to perform physical exercises to refresh the APPs that distract them the most at work. The more you move, the more online resources you can access. Equipped with motion and heart rate sensors, it reminds you to have a break in time and interact with social media through full-body engagement.
