The dynamic nature of communication technologies, and the cultures that evolve around them continue to redefine the rules and roles of how we make and consume information. As practitioners working with this fluidity we must learn to embrace its challenges and disruptions.
Recent years have seen the forces that shape the way we interact undergo profound external as well internal change. The next decade seems certain to continue with new and more profound reconfigurations.
It is within, and perhaps, because of this incessant volatility that we seek to consider, question, and experiment with contemporary practice. Perhaps, amidst this ferment, we might reimagine new practices, new contexts and new priorities?
